It is funny how in a split second your mind can just spin, your breathing changes and your body can react. It could be to a person, to an institution or to even a word. It is amazing how the mind can just "go off on one" leaving you standing, wondering what is going on.
It is really interesting how often you see similar things both in coaching and therapy, something small. Something that might not effect me can have someone elated, depressed, angry or agitated. We often call these things triggers, some are great to have, some well lets just say you should get shot of them. Both hypnotherapy and NLP techniques can be unbelievable powerful in dealing with those. So if you have something that you just know puts down the accelerator peddle in your life and drives you towards a wall, wouldn't you rather deal with it once and for all? I am sure it isn't serving you in any way what so ever.
