What do you do for Me-Time? How do you indulge yourself?
This is a sign of self-love. It is not a wicked indulgence to take care of yourself. If we feel constantly weighed down by responsibilities and trapped in "should's" we may need to give ourselves a break and let our hair down.
Do you still have dreams? It is good for us to keep those alive to have things in life to strive for. The sign of someone who is dead isn’t a lack of pulse, it is a lack of dreams. They are dead they just don’t know it yet.
What do you do when you're down? How do you pick yourself back up?
Being aware of how you act, what you think when life goes off the rails is very important. How we act and react. When you fall on your ass, how do you get up? Building positive strategies into our life is important. When the s*** hits the fan what do you do? When the going gets tough the tough get going!
Do you spend regular time in your own company?
If that is something you struggle to do maybe there is something you are not facing up to something.
How often do you follow your heart and just do whatever you feel like doing?
It can be so easy to live to please others, it can be a good thing. Building our relationships! But if we always live to please others we are going to be pretty f***ed up. What you want and need matters too!
What are you afraid of? When have you conquered a fear in your life?
These blocks that stop us moving forward, and on analysis and reflection they usually are excuses or "red herrings."
Identifying when you have conquered a fear gives you the confidence and memory of the experience to know they can push through and conquer fear.
